Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit there was a hanging coord connected to an iPad and dangling from it to the floor in a play area which was able to form a loop and was accessible to the children. There was a water hose hanging off of part of the fence and strung across the ground with formed loops in a couple areas and three jump ropes strung across the floor in the covered area which formed loops and were accessible to the children. The director moved these items at the time of the site. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there was a large plastic garbage hanging low off of a wooden post outside on the playground and accessible to children. The director moved the plastic bag off of the playground at the time of the site visit.
